Hey, mom! We know you’re super busy taking care of everyone else.
How are you doing?
Are your eyes puffy? Bad morning breath? Constipated? Acne? Achy joints?
Do you need a tune-up?
The human body seems like such a mystery sometimes. Until you realize that it’s not. The body gives us little signals to nudge us to pay attention. You just need the secret decoder ring.
Too busy to go to the doctor? No worries! There are simple, inexpensive things you can do right now to identify and address health problems early, long before they become a crisis.
Learn the signs of adrenal stress, overworked kidneys, how to get… um… things moving, and more.
And by the way, if you have a child with allergies, asthma, diabetes, or other chronic immune or autoimmune disorders, chances are that you have something going on, too.

I am a mother of transgender (chronologically adult child) who hates me. Is very unhappy although he has achieved and conquest many important milestones on his own. The resistance comes from internal fears, my non approval about top surgery….the pain is mutual but how can I defend myself and help my child who I love? thank you.
