We’re asking everyone to arrive as close to 5:00 pm as possible. We’ll be registering 400 people through one set of doors. The theater has asked us to implement registration measures for security and speed. Please be prepared to present your actual ticket (with bar code) and picture ID. If you can’t find your ticket or if you have a Will Call ticket, contact Brown Paper Tickets to have it reissued free of charge. Choose mobile or print at home delivery. This will help you save time.

Standby attendees will receive numbered wristbands ordered by arrival time. We recommend those with standby wristbands start lining up about 6:40 pm and please bring cash.

At 6:50 pm, all unscanned tickets will be released to the waitlist for purchase by wristband number starting with #1.

There will be no personal audio or video recording or Facebook livestreaming.

Video crews will be capturing your stories and filming the entire program.

All attendees are required to sign a video release.

Even if you don’t give a video testimonial, you may be filmed in the audience or background footage. Read this letter and our newsletter for information about the event, including video testimonials, silent auction, having your questions answered during the Q&A, and a copy of the release. If you do not wish to sign the release, contact us by January 23 and the cost of your ticket net of fees will be refunded. Refund requests will not be accepted after January 23.

$50 // general admission ($15 of your ticket is tax-deductible)
$100 // VIP seating and gift bag ($65 of your ticket is tax-deductible)

Community fair is in the lobby.

House doors will open no later than 6:30 pm. Attendees showing general admission or VIP wristbands can enter at this time.

The Silent Auction closes at 7:00 pm. Check-out will take place in the lobby at 7:45 pm and 9:00 pm. Take a peek at some of the items and pre-bid online in our Facebook Silent Auction Online Event until January 23 at midnight. The Auction will then transfer to the theater.

Lots of free parking

If you aren’t able to grab one of the theater’s 100 parking spots, parking is also free at the West Side Lofts apartment building next door. And parking at the Red Bank train station is free after 11:00 am.

Walking distance from Red Bank train station

It couldn’t be easier to get here. The theater is just a few minutes’ walking distance from Red Bank. And Uber / cabs abound. Here’s the NJ Transit schedule.

Spending the night?

We have a block of rooms set aside at two local hotels. The Molly Pitcher Inn is a charming 19th century historic landmark with fine dining and water views, which is .4 mile away (8 minute walk or 2 minute Uber/cab). Rooms start at $109/night. The Courtyard Lincroft Red Bank hotel is 1.7 miles away. Rooms are $119/night and available until Jan 8 (code: Fearless Parent). Red Bank has great restaurants, spas, wine tasting, and many antique stores and specialty shops.

We expect this event to sell out!
